 Heart to Heart:

It is a well-known fact that children laugh much more than adults and are happier. Why ?

Because laughter and happiness are directly proportional to each other. 😀. Can we say that while growing up we have forgotten how to laugh?

Laughter is known to elevate our mood, energizing us and making us more positive and happy.

So, what do we do?

Try laughing in front of the mirror for a few minutes. We can remind ourselves every morning that we should laugh to improve our happiness quotient.

Try buying and reading a book on humour in your free time. It will help us to see the lighter side of things as a result of which stress levels will reduce.

Go and see a funny movie and thus connect to your playful side.

It will help to recall the words of William James, the father of modern psychology about Laughter and Happiness, " We don't laugh because we are happy. We are happy because we laugh."

Spirited wounded hearts

I thought life was beautiful when you were beside
Even the thorny leaves were endearing
The deserts were budding
Weren’t they the blind colors engrossed within?
Yeah! I was constantly in the murk
When you were near and dear
Now I can comprehend the fine-looking morning
The new spanking fragrance
Has animated the numbness of my imaginations
The world is vivid in all recklessness

Look! Around to see someone closer
Because dearer are those where you have no fears
If in doubt, always leave it somewhere out
Never feel, it is waiting, at someplace

Life is no doubt
To live you my friend
Don’t let your true feelings die in memoirs
Because there is always
Something better and best ahead

Don’t fall to fall
Since countless populace need you
Intended for incredible prolific
Don’t assent to your heart
To annihilate your innerself
Lend a hand to sparkle others

Wipe out your gloominess
To realize the true pain of the earth
Create a cause to live your life
The day will bring you abundant happiness and serenity

The miseries, pains and troubles
Dying beings of starvation & rampant poverty
Cann’t I be the purpose of their living
Cann’t I hold a miserable child with little love and passion
Still I am wasting my time in regretting for the past
Or in memory of someone who was never mine
Or the unpredictable future.

Past is past, it is to forget
Live every moment in the present
Then why to worry for yesterday and tomorrow
Believe in today, where every second is a crucial
With this faith begin every morning with an ardor
and to live afresh …..

Unborn baby girl

The world will not let me run
My cute little feet will be crushed
Before they had a chance
To walk on a rambler

My bunged fist will never stretch
To get the warmth and love of mother
I am clogged before I can
Scream for any help

Child in a womb
Is like a bird in a cage
The trauma of discomfort and pain
Crave me to hap out
To see the exposition of happiness

Innocent child with immense beauty
Are blinded before their eyes can
Open the world to see
Because i am judged to be
A fruit of no worth

Who will wipe the
Physical and emotional scars
Why am I made to kill?
Aborted winds of thought closed in
On motherhood in despair.

Bubbly

While she was juvenile
Uncle used to name her as Bhoori
The fairer girl with round face and a titanic maw around
With some features reflected the hilly zone
Always turned others around

At her infantile,
She was send to the boarding
Hardly could she hang there for long
Ask her own tongue,
What hauled her back?
Was her maasi or own waywardness?
No one discern the loveliness of her early days.
What unerringly brought back to her home?

It was the growing age and tremendous faith
That made her closer to her friends
College, partying, chatting day and night
Was making her gracious most of the time
Latest costumes, frills and tip top at the epoch
Also making her modish in the budding occasions
Away from home and cuisines many a times
It was pizza and burger which attracts her all the time
Lovely were days to accompany you my sis
Because we also amused with your binding love

Oh sis, you are wedded now?
Too far
In the western world,
Inspite your eventful program
the whole day
We see you accessible and
Closer through net
I value for everything
You do for us
This is all what comes out
straight from my heart.
